BNFF
Info: Bulgarian national fitness federation (BNFF) is established on
21.04. 2006 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
It is established only from professionals who have proved their abilities on the sport podium. These are people who love sport, build traditions, work for the popularity and
development of fitness, prepare and support future competitors. People who best know the specific of fitness and the specific of contest training – with all the efforts,
privations, mistakes, tenacity, satisfaction, disappointment, triumphs – all this typical for the magic, called fitness.
This is one of the reasons which enforced the establishing of BNFF. Sport is full of figures who do not know how much the olympic level weighs but have the pre-tention
to put their own rules. And inevitably, all the things level down. And the worst thing is that athletes loose their sport motivation.
Why did we establish BNFF?
To make something good for the sport we care about, sport which is our life.
Because it was high time to deal firmly.
Because fitness is aesthetics, philosophy, self-respect. It is something we owe to our spirits, functionarity and health.
Because it has not the popularity it deserves.
Because the sport aspect needs a better and more competent care.
Because we are the best and we know how.
Because we proved ourselves!
For president of BNFF was chosen Yanislav Tachev – honoured master of sport (Bulgarian title), born on 01.05.1966:
World champion in class up to 90 kg for 1996, 1997 and 2006 year
European champion in class up to 90 kg for 1995 and 1996 year
The first Bulgarian Balkan champion in class up to 90 kg for 1994 year
Sofia city court entered in its register of juridical persons with non-economic aim, BNFF on 03.05.2006.
AIMS OF BNFF:
To develop and confirm the physical culture, spiritual culture and the society at all, by practicing fitness; helps for social integration and personal realization by practicing
fitness; incites, helps and encourage fitness in society.
To protect and develop moral base of fitness; protects fitness and athletes practicing fitness from political, commercial and business interests and from harmful and
humiliating actions; encourages and support sport organizations and persons who demonstrate moral principles in their work in fitness; popularizes the sport ideal of fitness,
encourage respect between the athletes and between athletes and public; fair play; no doping; no discrimination in all forms; making a specific structure of sport clubs and
organizations which guarantee development of fitness in society – there is a system of indexes for port development: number of participators, competitors,
specialists, trainers, judges, administrators, sport clubs, sport achievements, net of sport service for citizens of all ages and so on; active work for finding and supporting
sport talents and for development of fitness for young people (children and teenagers); observes an popularizes humane principles in sport and sport ethics – no
doping and no violence in sport.
For the short time of its existence BNFF has two World-champion titles, one European title, silver medal from world championship, silver and bronze medal from European
championship:
